Tales from the Grave(yard)

The Jewish Cemetery in Victoria is the oldest non-Indigenous cemetery in continuous use in BC. As with all cemeteries, interesting stories abound, including the tale of the grave complete with a headstone but no body! Why not and how does the person named fit into the social history of Victoria?
